Main features:

- The ability to extract sensors without stopping the technological process through the extraction mechanism of the stuffing box type
- The use of special sensors with minimal protrusion into the pipe body to exclude the possibility of damage by mechanical impurities
- Reduction of the flow rate to SU according to GSSSD MR113 for APG and according to GOST 30319.2 for natural gas without using an external flow corrector
- Measurement of the molecular weight of HCG in the range of 2...160 g/mol
- Measurement of HCG mass flow

aPPLICATION
Vega-Sonic VS-12 ultrasonic flow meter is a complete ultrasonic gas flow rate metering systems for the following main applications:
- Measurement of mass flow rate and molecular weight of hydrocarbon gases (HCG) and HCG blends in petrochemical plants
- Flare gas flow measurement

Flow rate measurement of associated (casing head) petroleum gas as a part of a gas metering system

Hot-tap or weld-in insertion sensors, as well as in-line flow meters
Standard or high-capacity transducers for a wide range of applications
Verification via simulation is possible, including the verification without dismounting the device from the pipeline
Automatic or manual correction of HCG molecular weight calculation with adjustment for nitrogen content

Ultrasonic transducers can be removed through a dedicated extraction gland mechanism (lubricator) without stopping the process
